Our client worked with us to master site plan and design this former Boy Scouts’ Camp Strake +100 acre development located at the SW corner of I-45 and South Loop 336 in Conroe, TX.  The project includes over 500,000 SF of mixed-use retail establishments with in-line big box stores such as Kroger, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls/HomeGoods, Michaels and Ulta. There are also a handful of prime multi-tenant lease buildings and expansive patio spaces (pictured here) fronting Loop 336.
