San Jacinto Mall originally opened its doors in Baytown, Texas, in 1981, and recently demolished for a new development soon become the primary shopping and dining destination known as San Jacinto Marketplace.  Fidelis purchased the mall in 2015 with plans to redevelop the land to create the area’s premier shopping destination.  Amenities will include a center where the community can congregate to enjoy any number of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in an inviting, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing environment.  Also included will be a centralized green space called Pelican Green that will accommodate a family friendly meeting space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.    While a center of this magnitude does not happen overnight, Fidelis is committed to the process of developing this center into the most prominent retail shopping destination in the region while paying homage to the area’s love of the Gulf and the many benefits it brings to this area.
