In response to spatial limitations, stringent local regulations, and the specific requirements of our building program, we embarked on the design journey of crafting a pedestal building that seamlessly blends grandeur with modernity, all while harmonizing with the residential character of its surroundings.

Our approach centered on the meticulous optimization of space and functionality. By minimizing the building height, we ensured a graceful presence that respects the scale of the neighborhood while maximizing ground floor parking to address practical needs without compromising aesthetic integrity.

Furthermore, we curated inviting outdoor spaces, envisioning them as extensions of the building's identity, where the building visitors and pedestrians alike can engage with the environment in a meaningful way.
