Located in the flood zone this 7,536 SF contemporary shell building for multi-tenant lease is built on pilotis with the floor slab raised more than 5’ over the flood plain elevation. There is no earth fill beneath the structure but is substituted with recycled concrete  rubble, which enables for easy flow of water and improves the pervious to impervious ratio. The ADA compliant ramp which runs partially along the front and side of the building ensures accessibility.  The large wide central stairs add to the aesthetics of the project. Lush landscape around the perimeter of the building at ground level obscures the space underneath the structure.
